Pricing
The prices quoted for our services are not valid during major trade fairs, special events, or peak seasons in your chosen destination. During these periods, pricing may be subject to significant surcharges due to increased demand. We recommend confirming prices for your specific travel dates, especially if they coincide with known events.
Surcharges
Additional surcharges apply for certain services. A midnight transfer surcharge will be applied for all transfers scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Furthermore, specific "blackout periods" (high-demand dates such as public holidays or major festivals) will incur additional surcharges. These will be communicated at the time of booking if applicable to your travel dates.
Availability
All our services, including hotels, tours, and transfers, are strictly subject to availability. We do not hold hotel blocks or pre-reserve services without a confirmed booking. To avoid disappointment, especially during peak travel times, we highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Amenities
While many accommodations and services offer amenities like Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee, their availability is not guaranteed and they may incur additional charges payable locally. We advise checking directly with the service provider upon arrival regarding amenity availability and any associated costs.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Standard hotel check-in time is generally 3:00 PM. For international flights, the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, and check-in is 3:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from the hotel. These requests must be arranged directly with the hotel.
Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The exact amount will be specified at the time of reservation. Please note that all quotes are subject to change based on any modifications made to your itinerary, including but not limited to changes in dates, number of travelers, or services requested. Full payment terms and due dates will be provided at the time of booking.
Transfers
Included transfers are typically provided from specific, designated airports only. Details of the included transfer airports will be clearly outlined in your itinerary. Please note that for these included transfers, no night surcharge will be applied, even if they fall within the midnight transfer window. Transfers from other locations or outside the specified airports may be arranged at an additional cost.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any unused services, whether they are part of a package or booked individually. This includes, but is not limited to, missed transfers, unutilized hotel nights, or forfeited sightseeing tours.
Sightseeing
Sightseeing tours are operated by local companies and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Tour timings and days of operation may change without prior notice due to local conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Tours may also be weather-dependent, and cancellations are possible in adverse weather conditions for your safety. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be subject to the local operator's policy.
Cancellations
All bookings are subject to cancellation fees. The specific cancellation policy and associated fees will be provided at the time of booking and will vary depending on the service and the lead time to the travel date. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellation eventualities.
Hotel Security Deposit
Please be aware that many hotels, particularly international ones, may require a security deposit upon check-in. This deposit is typically used to cover incidental charges such as mini-bar usage, phone calls, or damages. This deposit is handled directly between you and the hotel, and we are not responsible for these transactions or the refund process of the deposit.
Offer Validity

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes alter your travel plans. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation by You, the Guest
Should you need to cancel your tour package, the following fees will apply based on the number of days prior to your scheduled departure:
- 45 Days Prior or More: A 15% cancellation fee will be charged. This corresponds to your non-refundable deposit.
- 25 to 44 Days Prior: A 40% cancellation fee will apply. This includes the 15% non-refundable deposit plus an additional 25% of the total booking amount.
- 10 Days Prior or Less: 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date.
Please note that no refund will be applied for unused services during the tour.
