Surcharges
Additional surcharges apply for certain services. A midnight transfer surcharge will be applied for all transfers scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Furthermore, specific "blackout periods" (high-demand dates such as public holidays or major festivals) will incur additional surcharges. These will be communicated at the time of booking if applicable to your travel dates.
Availability

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any unused services, whether they are part of a package or booked individually. This includes, but is not limited to, missed transfers, unutilized hotel nights, or forfeited sightseeing tours.
Sightseeing
Sightseeing tours are operated by local companies and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Tour timings and days of operation may change without prior notice due to local conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Tours may also be weather-dependent, and cancellations are possible in adverse weather conditions for your safety. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be subject to the local operator's policy.
Cancellations

Hotel Security Deposit

Cancellation by You, the Guest
Should you need to cancel your tour package, the following fees will apply based on the number of days prior to your scheduled departure:
- 45 Days Prior or More: A 15% cancellation fee will be charged. This corresponds to your non-refundable deposit.
- 25 to 44 Days Prior: A 40% cancellation fee will apply. This includes the 15% non-refundable deposit plus an additional 25% of the total booking amount.
- 10 Days Prior or Less: 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date.
Please note that no refund will be applied for unused services during the tour.
